[rbak-nsp] Telnet/SSH problem in SE800

it's not the problem with the configuration. even the telnet/ssh services were enabled i wasn't able to telnet.
anyway after the system reload everything got normal.

Is the client enabled? From the context that your management port is bound into run "show service", you will see output like this:-
