[rbak-nsp] Apply sub Bulkstats schema via RADIUS

Is it possible to apply bulkstats via RADIUS rather than adding it under 
the default subscriber profile in the context?

I cant find any attributes in the RADIUS dictionary in order to do this, 
and I just want to collect bulkstats for the 100 odd users with PWFQ 
profiles and not the other 20,000 users in this context. Is this possible?
