[scg-sec] Proposed new members for SBC

Wendy I have NO issues with someone that was vetted to the nsp-security
group staying on scg-sec.
The issue I have is we often discuss some elements of the nsp-security
emails within this email group AND as I understand it that would violate
the nsp charter if we don't all stay members.

I belive it would be a disservice to (nsp-sec and scg-sec groups) to
remove you or Sean from the nsp-security list because of the trust you
have EARNED!
