[VoiceOps] Call forwarding issue

[John Sleen]

What type of IP Phone? Make/Model? Do you have any problems when making
outbound calls from that phone directly? What type of server are you using
for call control; Broadsoft, Call Manager?

Have you tried to forward without adding the 9 in front of the number?
