[VoiceOps] level3 origination audio quality issues?

I was just about to post a similar question, then did a search through the archives and found your post. May not be related since you posted last week, but we have a customer whose DIDs mostly come from L3, and for the past 3 days they have been complaining of bad audio quality on any calls coming into them on those numbers. This is in the Lewiston, ID rate center.

This morning they appear to be having packet loss reported between cogent and century link and we've received quite a few reports of audio quality issues.
I wonder if they're related and/or if anyone else is experiencing this.
