[VoiceOps] Broadworks R17Sp4 to R20 upgrade

Hi

  If using Redhat 6, be careful as the basic install didnt work for us (we
QA'ed RH6 install for BS) and needed a new installation patch (IP) and few
other tweaks here and there. You will have to work with TAC to get that
working.
