[VoiceOps] Sending CNAM to T-Mobile

This may be a duplicate.  I got an error from the list server the first
time I sent it.


They sent proof, it's definitely happening.  Very interesting.  We change
the CLID from the extension number to the DID/main number during outbound
call processing, but not the CNAM.  Looks like we will have to set that now.

In a previous company, we had code to set CNAM, because our PRI-connected
carrier accepted it and used it instead of a dip for on-net calls.

Another interesting thing is that it seems to only happen randomly,
according to the call logs they sent.
