[VoiceOps] ICTFAX - configuration

this is running on Freeswitch (and this is the first time im touching
freeswitch)

seems from reading online (http://ictfax.org/content/ictfax-admin-guide),
that the SIP Trunk needs to be manually created on freeswitch,

but ive never setup a sip trunk in freeswitch, and i dont even see the
freeswitch directory in the usr/local/ directory
