[VoiceOps] Carrier Voicemail Platforms

It depends on what you mean by a vm platform.  I manage several vm
platforms tied to Broadworks systems and I'm using the mail server
Surgemail by NetWin, http://netwinsite.com.

You can not go wrong with this platform with Broadworks, it's feature
rich, easy to manage, and trouble free.  Between the two systems that I
work with, there's approximately 400K vm accounts configured.
