[VoiceOps] Old PA System setup

It was being fed from an old Nortel pbx using rj11. One pair for power and
one for audio.

So really if I can just feed it 24v, the snom should still work if I put in
a line level adapter? Can't I just turn the output way down on the speaker
output to achieve the same thing?
