[VoiceOps] looking for IVR PBX Workflow template

you onto what im looking for, yes

but, the integration to the PBX is not needed now,
the PBX setup will be done manually by human

i started messing with Lucidchart, its not geared towards what im looking
for, so hence makes it harder to "draw" out
