[VoiceOps] Coronavirus Traffic Patterns

Medical billing--exactly the same.

"Elective" medicine like dental and small doctor's office--totally dead.

Manufacturing--dead.

Professional offices--normal.

We saw a spike in traffic very early on, and now we're well below normal.
