Is your gateway h323 or MGCP?

Just verifying the basics, but you have dtmf-relay h245-alphanumeric on
your dial-peer, or mgcp dtmf-relay voip codec all mode out-of-band for
your mgcp config? I've seen sporadic dtmf input issues on an IVR when
either of these were missing from their respective configurations.

Subject: [cisco-voip] some phones not able to dial extension at Unity AA

I've had a number of situations where a caller is not able to enter an
extension at our Unity AA. Most of the time it's with older PBX's but
they say it works with other auto-attendants.

Has anyone come across any reason why this would happen?

I doubt it's a PRI issue since we'd have more than just a few calls. And
those calls would have to always come in on the same trunk.
