Keepalives mistmatch Juniper-Cisco

While I was performing some debugs, I noticed that there is Keepalive time
mismatch on a POS interface interconnecting a Cisco router to a Juniper
router. Even though both routers have keepalives set by default (10s)
interval, the Cisco router is displaying the following message "POS10/1/0
- Keepalive time mismatch - should be 10 secs, is 8".

Any clue ?
