[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Skills

At this point in time, if you access the system via http://<IPCCX
IPAddr>/appsupervisor, there are only a few options available. They
are: installing Supervisor Desktop, Installing HR Client, and running
Real-Time Reports. It's my understanding that Cisco will be supporting
some version of MLA in the future with IPCC Express. I'm unsure of the
timeline, and I know it's not in the release of IPCC Express 4.0 (I'm
not sure about the newer versions though).

Thanks,

Zack

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC Express Skills

Is there any other way in Cisco IPCC Express 4.0(4) to change the
Resource Skills or Competency other than the CRS Administration page
under the RM/CM Subsystem? I am implementing the a Call Center for a
Help Desk and the supervisor wants to be able to change the skills of
the resources but the Network Support group does not want to give them
access to the Administration Page.
