[cisco-voip] ccm 4.1.3 voip backbone quality issue

hi

i have ccm 4.1.3...  
for international calls i routed the calls to ISP voip backbone but the quality is not good
they asked me to give them ccm logs for these calls.
what kind of logs can i support and also how??

also i asked them QOS config on the routerA which is beetween our network and this isp.
But they told me that they made 512 rate limit in their routerB and there was no need to any qos config in the routerA in my side

(my LAN )ccm 4.1.3  ,ip phones , routerA.>>>.......leased line.......>>>routerB(isp router )

what do you think?
