[cisco-voip] Unity Connection with the Phone View feature

PhoneView refers to a few different features, including message locater and
message monitor which one are you trying to get to work? It sounds like
message monitor, which according to this feature comparison, is in Unity
only at the moment, not UC:

UC does have message locater, though, but that comes in to play when
browsing your messages while signed in.
