[cisco-voip] Calling name from Avaya to Cisco Call Manager

On the server in the cluster where the H.323 SETUP is being sent you'll want
to search in the most recently generated files in:

c:\program files\cisco\trace\ccm\ccm*.txt

First make sure CCM traces are set to the detailed level though.
