did all that and was told i can't open under warranty tickets online.

  Do you have the contract in your profile? If not perhaps it's listed under a different site address? I would call your vendor if that's the problem they can update the address and contact info on any contracts they have sold

    There is a serial number option when you open a case with your login info...

     

    When trying to open a callmanager tac case, use you contract number as your serial number for the callmanager and it will open.

    I wish I could open under warranty TAC cases with the online tool. My account team said this is not available and all under warranty TAC cases have to be open with the 1800 number.

     

    Anyone else hear this?

      is anyone else having issues opening CM tickets with the case open tool?

       

      I have been dealing with this for well over a week and web-help at cisco.com has been no help (other then to tell me it should be fixed)

       

      I have ran it up the AM route, the VAR route, and the smartnet route with no avail.

       

      I called into TAC to get a duty manager and they are now saying this is a Bug with all CM cases and all CM cases need to be opened via the 1800 number. (and of course not bug id because it's confidental and no ETA on the fix)

       

      I'm just curious if others are having the issue.  my guess is it is related to the new subscription smartnet stuff Cisco is doing.

       

      Just wanted to check with others.

       

      I get to the part where you selects CM in the left side but the right side has nothing to select and therefor you can't open the case.
