[cisco-voip] URI Softkey:Exit Fails on model 79X1 Phones

We are using Cisco IP Phone objects to display information on the phone.
In order to clear the information, we call Softkey URI "Softkey:Exit"
and it clears the information on 7940 and 7960. However, the same URI is
not working on 7941, 7961 and 7970. 

 

The "Cisco Unified IP Phone Services Application Development Notes,
Release 6.0(1)" at

states all the phone models are supported.

 

The returned error is "URI not found" with "Status=6".

Response from CUCM:

We have tried different firmware releases including the latest.  Anyone
come across this problem and knows of a solution?
