[cisco-voip] Hold/Barge Failures

Having a problem with a group of traders that have multiple shared lines that all appear on 17 7962 telephones with 7914 add on modules. It is intermittent and I have been unable to track down the cause of the problem. The issue appears to be two-fold:

1. Someone answers one of the shared lines by picking up the handset, places the call on hold, and it doesn't show on any other phone with shared line as on hold and available for pickup.

2. User then takes call off hold, and someone tries to barge in from another phone but can't.

I have a lot of other users using the same MRG and I had no similar complaints except for this group. Could it have something to do with too many shared lines? I have made sure that all phones have the Maximum Number of Calls set correctly. Running Call Manager 6.1.3b and SCCP42.8-4-2S on the phones.

Thanks
Steve
