[cisco-voip] Cisco Supervisor/Agent Desktop

Dear all,

Does anyone here ever experience with Cisco Agent Desktop install on
Terminal Server 2003?

The problem is, when we view team from Cisco Supervisor Desktop some agent
that login from terminal server is missing.

We already configure the option to use with terminal service (attached) that
cisco recommend already but some agents still missing.

Any help would be much appreciate.
