[cisco-voip] Cisco Supervisor/Agent Desktop

Is it possible that you do not have those agents (using TS) properly
associated to their supervisor in the IPCC section under teams?  We
don't use TS, but we did have issues once where agents did not show up
and it was because we forgot to associate them properly to the right
supv.

Dear all,
 
Does anyone here ever experience with Cisco Agent Desktop install on
Terminal Server 2003?
 
The problem is, when we view team from Cisco Supervisor Desktop some
agent that login from terminal server is missing.
 
We already configure the option to use with terminal service (attached)
that cisco recommend already but some agents still missing.
 
Any help would be much appreciate.
