[cisco-voip] Upgrading 7942 phone to cmterm-7942_7962-sccp.8-4-3.cop.sgn gives "error" on phone with trace showing "file not found"

the .loads file is required.
check by CLI to make sure it is on the server:
admin:file list tftp SCCP42*.loads
SCCP42.8-3-4SR1S.loads
dir count = 0, file count = 1
If it is not in the directory then you need to install the device load
or device pack.
If it is in the directory but TFTP is not serving the file then try
restarting TFTP.
If still not functional then likely a filesystem permissions issue on
the file which means a TAC case and remote account.
