I'm setting up Unity 5.0(1) Phone View with CallManager 4.1(3)SR6. I get
the below error in phone view. I suspect it has something to do with
MLA, and this customer deleted CCMAdministrator when they setup MLA. I
am using a user who under MLA is in the SuperUserGroup but still
failing.

10:58:04 Attempting to connect to a CUCM/CCM Server and retrieve its
device list.
10:58:04
10:58:04 Trying to connect to 10.68.68.10:80
10:58:04 Connect succeeded - Trying to retrieve devices from 10.68.68.10

10:58:04 Attempting to retrieve the list of phone devices
10:58:04 from CUCM/CCM. This may take a moment...
10:58:07 Successfully retrieved the list of
10:58:07 3490 phone devices from CUCM/CCM..
10:58:07 Retrieving registration status and device info for
10:58:07 device list items 1 to 200 of 3490.
10:58:08 Error: Phone View - WinHttpReceiveResponse failed in
OpenRequest
10:58:08 Phone View - SelectCmDevice OpenRequest failed
10:58:08 Error: Phone View - RetrieveDevices failed to call
SelectCmDevice
10:58:08 Failed to retrieve devices from 10.68.68.10 - will try next
server (if any)

My test from Unity to http://ccm-ip/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp
<javascript:newWin('http://ccm-ip/ccmcip/authenticate.jsp')> works
great, I get Un-Authroized.

I followed everything below but see other users in NetPro forum are
getting same error but no resolution. Common thread is MLA.
