[cisco-voip] In CallManager 7.1 globally enabled peer firmware sharing?

In 7.1.2 you can go to:
System > Enterprise Phone Configuration
and you'll see an option for "Peer Firmware Sharing".
You can even check a box that says "Override Common Settings".
This "Enterprise Phone Configuration" looks like a new feature for me, and
should allow you to globally enable peer firmware sharing. You can also
configure a bunch of other options globally from that page.
