[cisco-voip] IPCCX scipting issue

Hi All,
I would like to configure my script in such a way that when an emergency agent logs into the queue, all the calls should be forwarded to voice mail. I am not able to configure the script so it can check the emergency agent login status in the queue and then forward the calls. Anyone can help me.
