[cisco-voip] Salesforce.com UCCX integration

It is a hosted CRM package www.salesforce.com

 

Cisco has a desktop integration already made but I am wanting to do more on
the UCCX Scripting.

Is Salesforce.com a DB that you host?

 

If so, you would use the desktop administrator to create the DB dips and
such.  I have not done any of this, thus far, but have been looking into it
with other DB's and my UCCx app.

Can someone point me to some documentation on how I can integrate UCCX 7.0
Premium with Salesforce.com? They want to look up account information by ANI
or have the caller input their account number into UCCX and have it verify
with Salesforce.com.
