[cisco-voip] Stop SNR on transferred calls

How does the operator perform the transfer now? Using the IP Phone, or using
something like Attendant Console?

If using something like Attendant Console you can go to "Transfer" instead
of "Consult Transfer" and the call will be extended directly to the
destination with the original calling party CallerID.

If you used Unity to transfer, then this ccm service parameter would come in
handy: Display Original Calling Number on Transfer from Cisco Unity

If you can convince the operator to complete the transfer QUICKLY (as soon
as ringback is heard) then we can modify the "Delay Before Ringing Remote
Destination" parameter on the Remote Destination. If the operator has
finished transferring before we start start ringing the cell phone, then the
callerID sent out externally will be that of the original calling party.

Let me know how that works for you.
