[cisco-voip] Agent reserve issue

hi all,

 

I have installed UCCX 7.0 with UCM 6.1.2 . i am trying to land a call on agent but it when hit the trigger after playing prompt the agent gets reserve state for a sec and then gets Not Ready and call goes to queue. Any idea
