[cisco-voip] CCM 7.1(3) Services URL button for Visual Voicemail works intermittent

Actually, I believe the micro traces to set would be under 'VMWS'. Then you
can use RTMT to collect "Connection Tomcat Application" for VMWS specific
info and "Cisco Tomcat" for (among other things) access logs, which should
show what IP requested what URL at what time, etc. It would be interesting
to see what (if anything) you see in the access logs for a failed attempt
compared to a working one.
