[cisco-voip] UCCx server JTAPI Upgrade tool doesn't run

I'm also rooting around to see where I can verify the versions on both
my CM servers and UCCx. May I solicit your help on that?

You can do that, also the JTAPI Resync should do it as well.

I run the update tool to install a new JTAPI version on my UCCx
server running version 5.0.
But when I run the tool, no application opens. What now?
I don't suppose I can download the CiscoJTAPIClient.exe out of
Call Manager Plugins and just run that on the UCCx server, can I?
