go to cisco.com and enter PUT (product upgrade tool)
based on UCSS contract number it should give you what you can order.  eg.
4.3 to 7.0 or 7.1

enter your qty and click submit.

in 2 - 4 weeks you should get your media and feature license.

the DMA should get your DLU's and bring them over to the upgrade for
devices.  same with node licenses.

so if you bought phones that are not currently setup. I would add them
before you DMA to the new version.
