You just buy more agents.

I think Nate is correct. Also is there a way to just buy ports with premium or do you have to purchase agents just to get two ports?

I believe the 2 CTI ports per agent rule only applies to Premium. The rationale is you can do more with a Premium CTI port. Standard and Enhanced will let you build as many as the server supports.

Also factor in that you only get 2 cti ports for each agent. Thus if you think you will need only 20 concurrent agents but you may have over 40 concurrent calls in the queue then you may need more agent licenses to account for the number of calls in the queue.
Hope that makes sense.

Can someone confirm if the agent licensing for IPCCX is based on the
number of agents logged in at one time or the number of agents you
will install the software (CAD) on?
For instance, if you have 40 possible agents but only 20 are ever
logged in at the same time (shift work). Do you need 40 agent
licenses or just 20 for the max ever logged in at same time?
I ask the group because I don't always trust my sales reps when it
comes to licensing.
