[cisco-voip] Script help

Hi Ratko,

Create a JTAPI trigger(s) with a translation(s) from the DDI->JTAPI
Trigger->Application, application would be identical, but! remove the select
resource step and put in a call transfer (to agents DN) then whatever is
needed in the script can still be hit and the call will still goto that
agent, and only that agent.

hopefully that makes sense.
