Normal Agent routing
Call Type 1) DDI for central number -> JTAPI Trigger(CTI RP) -> Application
-> Routed to Agent depending on routing algorithm.
Routing to an agent
Call Type 2) DDI for Agent -> Xlate Pattern -> Jtapi Trigger -> Modified
Application -> Agent DN.
Optional
Agent DN and CTI RP can be the same DN, just need to change the hierarchy on
the inbound CSS on the G/W
