[cisco-voip] Upgrade from 2801 to 2911

Your PBX is emulating ISDN network but your router is providing clock? I
would double check that. Typically and logically both functions are
performed by the same device, its not required but it makes sense.
Also as mentioned above....
network-clock-select 1 E1 0/1/0
