[cisco-voip] Emergency Responder not seeing phones on switches or by IP Subnet

yes that's it. that's the server model

do you have the switches/server's configured under LAN Switch Details ?

I had the exact same problem also what i found out is that when i have
special characters on my snmp string it doesn't work pretty good, i changed
the string.

I had to run it several times and after i did the queries from the server
and did some discovery i was able to see the phones per subnet
