[cisco-voip] CME Fax Problem Explanation?

What kind of link to do have from the branch office to the corporate
office?  If that link is different than what either end uses for other
faxing, that would be a definite first place to start.

Can anyone suggest how to troubleshoot the following problem?  I have a
branch office who has their entire office on a Call Manager Express
solution with VG Gateways for their fax machines.  When they try to fax
things to corporate (in another state), they get errors about a poor
connection and the fax doesn't send.  They've tried various fax machines
within their office (on different Voice Gateways) & get the same result.
However, when they fax to anywhere number with a fax machine or even
receive faxes, there are no errors and faxes are received/sent normally.
Corporate says they can receive faxes from others too, just not that
particular branch office.  Any suggestions?
