Well, the problem is that the AC CTI route point is becoming
unregistered. The cause could be a variety of things, but my guess would
be the specific CUCM release has a JTAPI or CTIManager bug of some sort.
What release of 6.1 are you on?

Subject: [cisco-voip] Intermittent Attendant Console problems
Hi,
We have a 6.1 cluster (pub+1 sub), with remote sites.
One of these sites is using Attendant Console for their main line, and
every once in a while (like once in 5-6 weeks) their primary line stops
working (is giving a busy signal) and it can only be solved by
restarting the Attendant Console service on the publisher.
The call flow is something like this:
Remote GW -> (public phone nr) -> Translation pattern -> AC CTI route
point -> circular hunt (receptionist 1, receptionist 2)
And both receptionist lines have a Fwd No Answer set to a CUE AA local
to the site (built into the gateway).
Anybody have any ideas on the issue?
Thanks,
Zoltan Kelemen
