[cisco-voip] CCM 7.1 shared lines, 3rd call goes to VM...

What do the CCM traces show?  It will clearly identify if one of the lines has hit the busytrigger, and if so you can track that lineControl back to the actual phone that owns it.

I think he is stating to pull up the DN, then click on each associated
device and press edit line appearance which will bring up the full
line settings for that DN on the selected device, You need to check
this for each device that has the shared DN to make sure the Max
Call/Busy is right per device.

But I've had issues reported to me with shared lines where only one
person would be on call and other calls in would sometimes go straight
to Voicemail even though busy trigger was higher then number of calls
they supposedly had active.
