[cisco-voip] Debugging calls going from CUCM to CUE AA?

The words "remote site" got me. CUE only does g.711. If your regions want something else, make sure that there is a transcoder resource available.

When it's registered, it usually works, unless it's the codec mismatch.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Debugging calls going from CUCM to CUE AA?

Hi,

This might be a basic question (or a very complicated one) but how do I debug calls routed from CUCM to a CTI route point registered from a CUE module's AA application?
I'm thinking of basic troubleshooting first, like making sure the call gets to the CUE at all or not. Something I could see with a q931 debug on an ISDN line.

My problem is, I have an AA on a CUE at a remote site, registered to the CUCM with Jtapi as a CTI route point. When dialed, the CTI Route point's extension returns a busy tone, even though it looks like it's registered to the Call Manager, CUE running etc.

CUCM 6.1.5, CUE 3.2.2 on a CUE-NM.

Any pointers welcome.
