[cisco-voip] CME to CUBE config

This is more of a terminology thing. When I refer to a SIP trunk I was
referring to a SIP provider. Using a SIP gateway (TDM-SIP) doesn't require
a license. SIP is tricky business :)

If you want to have an exact definition it's something more-or-less like
this: A CUBE is a router that is doing IP-IP between systems. This can be
a mixture of H.323, SIP, and SCCP. Any time you do that, you need a CUBE
license. The exception is something like two CMEs networked together with a
CUE involved, where you do actually use H.323-SIP or SIP-SIP. The reason I
include SCCP in the list of protocols for CUBE is for the CME case, where
you're doing SCCP-SIP. Even then, if you are doing something like a SCCP
controlled FXS port with CUCM using SIP to a gateway, you wouldn't need a
CUBE license. This is why I used a 'basic guideline' in my original post,
because it's often misconceived because of these details.
