[cisco-voip] ARC problem

Stephen is exactly right here. It sounds like you have the calls going directly to the phone (hence the "flashing lights") - so sounds like you need to turn the ringers up

Typically calls going into ARC Operator do not ring the phone, the ARC application rings, so you need the sound on the PC turned on/enabled. Once the call is ansered the phone is automatically connected using TAPI control of the phone.
