[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Handler behavior

Hi all,
i have an old unity 4 integrated with a CUCM 7.1.5.
It still works fine. :-D
There is a call handler who receives all incoming calls and after the 
greeting, it makes a supervised transfer to the operator.
The operator cannot see the incoming caller id unless the call is answered.
Instead of this, what is shown is the number of the CTI Voice mail ports.

How can this be overridden so the caller id is presented before the call 
is answered?
