If you look in the Windows registry of a machine with CAD installed you can typically find the uninstallation command. The registry path for us with CAD 66.1.54 is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{007C5E6D-3037-4C00-A5FD-561F239169C4}. For us, there is a string object called UninstallString with a value of MsiExec.exe /X{007C5E6D-3037-4C00-A5FD-561F239169C4}. So you should be able to fire that MsiExec command with the /quiet parameter and silently uninstall the software. I'm assuming that the uninstall will require a reboot because of the associated driver(s) removal so you'll want to plan for that too.
This is all theory-I've not tested this but plan to in the near future. If you beat me to it I'd very interested in hearing how it went for you.
HTH.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Silent uninstall of CAD Service Release
We are standing up a new 8.6 cluster for our call center. We currently run Agent software version 7.0 with a CAD Client Service release. As part of the upgrade process I need to remove Agent and upgrade to the version suitable for 8.6 on all agent computers.
I would like to make a job using our software management server to do this remotely. I believe I can uninstall Cisco Agent and Supervisor remotely, but I haven't seen/figured out how to uninstall the CAD Clients Release remotely/silently. Is there a way to do this without using Add/Remove Programs on each machine?
Thanks.
