[cisco-voip] UCM 8.x and Spares

I have never, and probably will never (since they keep changing it)
understand Cisco licensing!  lol! So what if I buy a spare today, say from
CDW?  Say a spare wireless phone.  Now what if I have 100 extra DLUs unused
on my CM 8.  Would that phone work, or do I still need to buy an RTU?
