[cisco-voip] Call Mirroring for Training

we have been using these
http://www.amazon.com/Call-Center-Headset-Training-Adapter/dp/B004DKL2TQ
 for years.

you can mute either side, the trainee or the trainer.  works with headsets,
handsets, wired or wireless.

we typically have wireless at each desk and when there is a trainee we add
a corded headset.
