[cisco-voip] UCCX 8 Callback

   Hi all,

I recently upgraded a customer from UCCX 7 to UCCX 8.5. Previously the customer had one Pilot number that the reps would call and after a brief prompt it would end the call and proceed with a Callback to the rep. This was accomplished by referring to some info in a SQL database. I do not know SQL that well, but now have to provide a similar solution on the UCCX 8.5. Is there any chance anyone has a sample script that could do something similar or could point me in the right direction?
