[cisco-voip] UC520-24U-8FXO-K9 - FXS issue with Crestron Telephone integrator

Hi All,
 
I have inherited an CME box running on an UC500.  The issue we have is when someone presses the Intercom, the phones should ring once, then the FXS port should kick in and connect to the Crestron Telephony Integrator which then goes off and triggers the video to see who is there.
 
The problem is, when this is pressed the phone just rings.  It seems there may be an issue with the built in FXS card.  I have plugged an analogue phone into the port and I get an engaged tone.  Also, check all the other ports.  Below are some bits from the config.  Any ideas greatly appreciated.
